chicken thigh fillets

small onion
400ml
coconut milk
150g
green beans
1tps
garlic and coconut paste (garlic paste can be used)
1tbs
balinese curry paste
Sourdough bread
Butter
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry the chicken and the onions for 3-5 mins.
Add the balinese paste, mix well and then let it cook for 3 mins. Add the green beans to the pan.
Mix in the coconut milk and gently boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
Meanwhile, slice your bread. You can warm this under the grill if prefered. If thats the case give it a little bit of lovely butter.
