3 eggs
50g Porridge oats
300ml oatmilk (alternatives soya, milk)
1tbs crunchy peanut butter
1/2 tsp turmeric
Handful of cashew nuts (can use walnuts)
1-2 tbs honey
Cinnamon powder - just a sprinkle
Instructions
Add oats, oatmilk and 3 eggs to a pan over a high heat and bring to the boil.
Bring down to a simmer and add the peanut butter, turmeric and 1tbs of honey,
Give this a good stir for a few minutes then take it off the heat if it looks creamy and ready.
Add everything from the pan to a bowl.
Sprinkle over the cashew nuts, drzzle on the honey and finish the dish with a little cinnamon.
