Coconut Fruity Porridge

Ingredients
  

  • 50 -100g Porridge oats (preference)
  • 300ml of soya milk (alternatives welcome)
  • 50g blueberries.
  • 50g strawberries (halfed)
  • 50g desiccated coconut
  • Honey(dri zzle to your taste)

Instructions
 

  • Add oats and milk to a pan and bring to the boil.
  • Turn down the heat and simmer gently until you get a lovely creamy consistency.
  • Pour the porridge into a bowl, add the coconut to the centre and decorate your fruit around.
  • Finish this beautiful hearty breakfast off with a drizzle of honey.
