50 -100g Porridge oats (preference)
300ml of soya milk (alternatives welcome)
50g blueberries.
50g strawberries (halfed)
50g desiccated coconut
Honey(dri zzle to your taste)
Instructions
Add oats and milk to a pan and bring to the boil.
Turn down the heat and simmer gently until you get a lovely creamy consistency.
Pour the porridge into a bowl, add the coconut to the centre and decorate your fruit around.
Finish this beautiful hearty breakfast off with a drizzle of honey.
