1 tub of full fat cottage cheese.
4 salt & vinegar rice cakes.
1 big tomatoe
Sriracha sauce (you can use sweet chilli)
Seasalt to taste (optional)
Instructions
Put your rice cakes onto a plate.
Evenly portion out the cottage cheese onto the top of the rice cakes.
Cut your tomatoe, add to the plate.
Drizzle over the sriracha sauce.
Enjoy.
