Cottage Cheese on Salt & Vinegar Rice Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tub of full fat cottage cheese.
  • 4 salt & vinegar rice cakes.
  • 1 big tomatoe
  • Sriracha sauce (you can use sweet chilli)
  • Seasalt to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Put your rice cakes onto a plate.
  • Evenly portion out the cottage cheese onto the top of the rice cakes.
  • Cut your tomatoe, add to the plate.
  • Drizzle over the sriracha sauce.
  • Enjoy.
