About Midas

The Midas Health & Wellness program was founded by Steven Campbell, an ex-professional Rugby League player and qualified sports therapist and FRC coach. Steven has worked with people of all ages and abilities and is dedicated to helping people improve their health and wellbeing by making sustainable lifestyle changes.

His Midas program is an online membership portal packed full of expert tips, advice, guidance and information to help you improve your health and wellbeing.
