Fish Finger quick & easy Salad
Ingredients
- 4-5 good quality fish fingers (you can do your own but honestly save yourself some time and buy them in
- Salad - I've used lettuce, rocket, peppers, grated carrot, edamame beans - but just use whats left in your fridge - bang it all together.
- Mayonaise or salad cream to taste.
- Season to taste with rock salt and pepper.
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven - have a look in the fridge see what you have touse, bang together a salad. Honeslty use everything. Then the warm fish fingers on top of your salad will taste amazing.
- Put your fish fingers into the oven for the cooking time it tells you on the package.
- Start with your salad, chopping, grating, dicing it all up. Put together on your plate and make it look presentable, it always taste better when it looks good.
- Take your fish fingers out from the oven when they are done and stick them on top of your lovely, crunchy salad.
- Drizzle with mayonaise or salad cream.
- Season with your rocksalt and pepper. ENJOY!
