Egg Mayonaise with Salt & Vinegar Rice Cakes
Ingredients
- 4 eggs.
- 4 salt & vinegar rice cakes.
- 2 tbs Mayonaise.
- Seasalt & black pepper.
Instructions
- Bring a pan of water to the boil.
- Add your eggs to the pan and boil for 4-6 minutes.
- Carfefully drain the water and de shell the eggs.
- Use the same pan to mix the egss and mayonaise.
- Put the rice cakes onto a plate and portion up the egg mayonasie evenly onto them.
- Season the salt and pepper (optional).
