Steve is up there with the best PT’s I have experienced. His whole body and mind approach works for me, with well-planned, fun, and challenging sessions, ensuring outstanding results. I like the fact that he focuses on both my mobility and strength in equal measure. He has introduced a new way of exercising to me, that within three months, is helping me to achieve good, sustained progress. He is also a top bloke with a real passion for what he does; his understanding of the body, exercise and nutrition is extensive. I cannot recommend him and his approach to personal fitness highly enough.
