Breath of fire/fierce breath

This breathing passive normal inhales and powerful, rapid exhales. The forced exhalation may help reduce stress, boost brain function, and improve respiratory health. It's also said to strengthen the abdominal muscles and improve digestion. Increases physical endurance and prepares you to act effectively. Please avoid it if you have cardiac problems or high blood pressure, any spinal disorders, or have a respiratory infection, or vertigo. Not recommended for pregnant, women.
