Egg Mayonaise with Salt & Vinegar Rice Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs.
  • 4 salt & vinegar rice cakes.
  • 2 tbs Mayonaise.
  • Seasalt & black pepper.

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pan of water to the boil.
  • Add your eggs to the pan and boil for 4-6 minutes.
  • Carfefully drain the water and de shell the eggs.
  • Use the same pan to mix the egss and mayonaise.
  • Put the rice cakes onto a plate and portion up the egg mayonasie evenly onto them.
  • Season the salt and pepper (optional).
