Hello I'm Nat Robinson
I have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years with a love for contact sports, being fit and being strong! I work with professional rugby teams/players and world champion fighters.
I've represented Great Britain in kayaking and my county at rugby and currently play semi professional for Ilkley rugby club.
I have held British records in deadlift and won multiple British titles and was placed top 3 at world championships in Powerlifting!

Hi I'm Wylie Sung
I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2010, during my time studying in university. I came away with a 2.1 degree in Sports Health Exercise and Nutrition and have been working in a gym environment as a gym instructor to a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer.
I work with people of all ages and abilities, from the general gym goer to powerlifting champions. I specialise in building strength, helping one improve their body composition and to be the strongest version of themselves trough the use of free weights, compound movements and tried programming methods.
