Balinese Chicken
Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken thigh fillets
- 1 small onion
- 400ml coconut milk
- 150g green beans
- 1tps garlic and coconut paste (garlic paste can be used)
- 1tbs balinese curry paste
- Sourdough bread
- Butter
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry the chicken and the onions for 3-5 mins.
- Add the balinese paste, mix well and then let it cook for 3 mins. Add the green beans to the pan.
- Mix in the coconut milk and gently boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, slice your bread. You can warm this under the grill if prefered. If thats the case give it a little bit of lovely butter.
