Balinese Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 chicken thigh fillets
  • 1 small onion
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 150g green beans
  • 1tps garlic and coconut paste (garlic paste can be used)
  • 1tbs balinese curry paste
  • Sourdough bread
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry the chicken and the onions for 3-5 mins.
  • Add the balinese paste, mix well and then let it cook for 3 mins. Add the green beans to the pan.
  • Mix in the coconut milk and gently boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, slice your bread. You can warm this under the grill if prefered. If thats the case give it a little bit of lovely butter.
