Cottage Cheese on Salt & Vinegar Rice Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 tub of full fat cottage cheese.
- 4 salt & vinegar rice cakes.
- 1 big tomatoe
- Sriracha sauce (you can use sweet chilli)
- Seasalt to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Put your rice cakes onto a plate.
- Evenly portion out the cottage cheese onto the top of the rice cakes.
- Cut your tomatoe, add to the plate.
- Drizzle over the sriracha sauce.
- Enjoy.
