The Best Porridge Ever

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 50g Porridge oats
  • 300ml oatmilk (alternatives soya, milk)
  • 1tbs crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Handful of cashew nuts (can use walnuts)
  • 1-2 tbs honey
  • Cinnamon powder - just a sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, oatmilk and 3 eggs to a pan over a high heat and bring to the boil.
  • Bring down to a simmer and add the peanut butter, turmeric and 1tbs of honey,
  • Give this a good stir for a few minutes then take it off the heat if it looks creamy and ready.
  • Add everything from the pan to a bowl.
  • Sprinkle over the cashew nuts, drzzle on the honey and finish the dish with a little cinnamon.
