Coconut Fruity Porridge
Ingredients
- 50 -100g Porridge oats (preference)
- 300ml of soya milk (alternatives welcome)
- 50g blueberries.
- 50g strawberries (halfed)
- 50g desiccated coconut
- Honey(dri zzle to your taste)
Instructions
- Add oats and milk to a pan and bring to the boil.
- Turn down the heat and simmer gently until you get a lovely creamy consistency.
- Pour the porridge into a bowl, add the coconut to the centre and decorate your fruit around.
- Finish this beautiful hearty breakfast off with a drizzle of honey.
