Scrambled Egg on Sourdough with Chilli Oil
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato
- Sourdough bread
- Chilli oil
- Butter
- Seasalt

- Crack and whisk your egss into a bowl.
- The trick to making your eggs creamy is low heat, scrambled eggs are all about low and slow.
- Add a knob of butter to a hot pan, add your eggs and turn down the heat.
- Turn on your grill, slice your sourdough and tomato.
- Kepp moving your eggs with a spatual all the time, until the eggs go a beautiful creamy consistency.
- Turn of the heat to the eggs.
- Put your sourdough under the grill.
- When the toast is done, plate everything up and drizzle on or around the plate the chilli oil.
- Sprinkle some seasalt on top of the eggs.
